Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

We accept return for a full refund as long as you return it in 30 days from the day the product was shipped to you.  You have to return it in its original packing.

Here are the steps for return:

1. Call or email us to get an RMA number.  Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and reject it.
2. Everything should be in the original box in the original condition.  If any parts are missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it.  It’s a good idea to save the original box with its packing.
3. Please allow two weeks after we receive the product for us to issue you a credit since we need to inspect whether everything is in its original condition or not.
