Shipping
We ship your order by standard shipping (curbside shipping) free. The trucking company will drop the boxes outside and you will need to bring them in and assemble the chairs yourself. The assembly will take around one hour but the boxes are quite bulky and heavy. If you don’t have someone to help you to bring the boxes around, you may consider “white glove shipping.”
We offer “white glove shipping” at $250.00. If you choose it, the trucking company will do all the work: bring the boxes into the house and assemble the chair for you.
Delivery Time
Your order will be shipped by a trucking company and it will take 7-14 days by standard shipping. If you choose a white glove shipping, please add 7-10 days to the standard shipping since it takes a special trucking company for white glove delivery.
Tracking Your Order
After we ship an order, we will email you a tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit.
